Return Policy

We are happy to offer free returns on items that are in their original, unopened, and resalable condition. Return instructions and a UPS return label will be shipped with the package.

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing customers to cancel their orders before the shipping date and within 24 hours of the website's cancellation deadline.

Items purchased in the US through https://www.SmartHealthSlimming.com are eligible for a refund if returned within 10-20 days of receipt, along with a copy of the sales receipt and a completed return form, and in their original, unopened, and resalable condition. The gift recipient will receive a non-refundable gift card.

We have a very strict return policy. For all returned items that are not in their original condition and cannot be resold, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please contact customer service at service@SmartHealthSlimming.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number and complete it on the return form. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

We will process your order return request within 10-20 days and issue a refund within approximately 10-20 days after receiving your returned goods.Your refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase on the website. Items marked "Non-Returnable" on this website are non-refundable.

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
